GBH deployed a fully integrated Odoo ERP system, customized for high-end design firms with project-based workflows and financial control.

🔍 Phase 1: Workflow Mapping

- Mapped the entire sales-to-delivery journey: from online order placement, front-of-house order entry, kitchen preparation, packaging, to delivery.

- Identified waste points in ingredient usage and manual processes.

- Designed a catering workflow for event-based orders with deposit tracking and delivery scheduling.

- Implemented Odoo 18 (Egypt Localization) with Sales, POS, Inventory, Recipe Costing, Procurement, Document Management, and Accounting

- Linked website store to kitchen production so every order instantly updates ingredient consumption.

- Automated purchase requests when critical ingredients (e.g., chocolate, dairy, flour) hit re-order thresholds.

- Set up POS integration for in-store and event sales to sync in real-time with inventory.

- Tested seasonal menu launches, product bundle offers, and VIP client discounts.

- Simulated large catering orders to ensure kitchen capacity planning and delivery timing were accurate.

- Verified automated ETA-compliant invoicing for both retail and catering orders.

- Trained kitchen staff on order dashboard usage and real-time recipe tracking.

- Coached front-of-house team on managing both retail and catering orders within the POS system.
