1. Introduction
Welcome to Global Business Hub ("GBH", "we", "us"). By using this website (gb-hub.com), requesting any of our services, or completing a payment through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

3. Scope of services
GBH provides professional business services including, without limitation: ERP implementation and customization (Odoo Silver Partner), finance and accounting shared services (CFO service, finance operations, master data management), tax and legal services, digital transformation and business process optimization, and IT equipment supply.

4. Orders and quotations
Services are delivered based on a written quotation, work order, or contract defining scope, timeline, and fees. Prices displayed on the website are indicative for standard packages; final fees may vary according to the scope agreed in writing.

5. Prices and payment
* All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT, which is added per Egyptian law.
* Online payments are processed through the licensed FawryPay gateway (cards, mobile wallets, and Fawry reference codes).
* GBH does not store card data on its servers; payment data is processed entirely by the payment provider.
* Payment is complete upon confirmation from the payment gateway, and an electronic receipt is sent to your email or phone.

6. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete information when ordering and paying, and to supply the access and inputs needed to deliver the service on the agreed schedule. Delays in doing so may affect delivery timelines without liability to GBH.

7. Intellectual property
All website content, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to GBH. Deliverables handed over to the client become the client's property upon full payment, while GBH retains its general methodologies and tools.

8. Limitation of liability
GBH exercises due professional care in delivering its services and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. GBH's total liability shall in all cases not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in question.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute after amicable settlement attempts are exhausted.

10. Amendments
GBH may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website applies from its publication date.
