٣. نطاق الخدمات
تقدم الشركة خدمات احترافية للشركات تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- تنفيذ وتخصيص أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) — شريك فضي معتمد لأودو (Odoo Silver Partner)
- الخدمات المالية والمحاسبية والخدمات المشتركة (خدمة المدير المالي، عمليات الحسابات، إدارة البيانات الرئيسية)
- الخدمات الضريبية والقانونية
- التحول الرقمي وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية
- توريد المعدات والأجهزة التقنية
٤. الطلبات وعروض الأسعار
تُنفَّذ الخدمات بناءً على عرض سعر أو أمر شغل أو عقد مكتوب يحدد نطاق العمل والمدة والقيمة. الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع هي أسعار استرشادية للباقات القياسية، وقد تختلف القيمة النهائية وفقاً لنطاق العمل المتفق عليه كتابياً.
٥. الأسعار والدفع
- جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وتُضاف إليها ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفقاً للقانون المصري.
- تتم عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني عبر بوابة فوري (FawryPay) المرخصة، وتشمل وسائل الدفع البطاقات البنكية ومحافظ الهاتف وكود فوري.
- لا تقوم الشركة بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية على خوادمها؛ تتم معالجة بيانات الدفع بالكامل لدى مزود خدمة الدفع.
- يُعد الدفع مكتملاً عند استلام تأكيد العملية من بوابة الدفع، ويصلك إيصال إلكتروني على بريدك الإلكتروني أو هاتفك.
٦. التزامات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة عند الطلب والدفع، وبتوفير المعلومات والصلاحيات اللازمة لتنفيذ الخدمة في المواعيد المتفق عليها. أي تأخير في ذلك قد يؤثر على جدول التسليم دون مسؤولية على الشركة.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من نصوص وشعارات وتصميمات هي ملك للشركة أو مرخصة لها. تظل مخرجات العمل المسلَّمة للعميل ملكاً له بعد سداد كامل المستحقات، مع احتفاظ الشركة بحقها في استخدام المنهجيات والأدوات العامة الخاصة بها.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
تبذل الشركة العناية المهنية الواجبة في تقديم خدماتها، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية. لا تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية للشركة في جميع الأحوال قيمة المبالغ المدفوعة فعلياً عن الخدمة محل المطالبة.
٩. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام القوانين المصرية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها بعد استنفاد محاولات التسوية الودية.
١٠. التعديلات
يجوز للشركة تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعمل بالنسخة المنشورة على الموقع من تاريخ نشرها.

Welcome to Global Business Hub ("GBH", "we", "us"). By using this website (gb-hub.com), requesting any of our services, or completing a payment through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.
2. Company information

3. Scope of services
GBH provides professional business services including, without limitation: ERP implementation and customization (Odoo Silver Partner), finance and accounting shared services (CFO service, finance operations, master data management), tax and legal services, digital transformation and business process optimization, and IT equipment supply.
4. Orders and quotations
Services are delivered based on a written quotation, work order, or contract defining scope, timeline, and fees. Prices displayed on the website are indicative for standard packages; final fees may vary according to the scope agreed in writing.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT, which is added per Egyptian law.
- Online payments are processed through the licensed FawryPay gateway (cards, mobile wallets, and Fawry reference codes).
- GBH does not store card data on its servers; payment data is processed entirely by the payment provider.
- Payment is complete upon confirmation from the payment gateway, and an electronic receipt is sent to your email or phone.
6. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete information when ordering and paying, and to supply the access and inputs needed to deliver the service on the agreed schedule. Delays in doing so may affect delivery timelines without liability to GBH.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to GBH. Deliverables handed over to the client become the client's property upon full payment, while GBH retains its general methodologies and tools.
8. Limitation of liability
GBH exercises due professional care in delivering its services and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. GBH's total liability shall in all cases not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute after amicable settlement attempts are exhausted.
10. Amendments
GBH may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website applies from its publication date.
