5 phases from mapping to go-live
GBH implemented Odoo end to end for PuriChem, configured around how the business actually works.
Phase 01Discovery & Workflow Analysis
- Stakeholder sessions across engineering, procurement, finance, and projects
- Mapped design-to-delivery workflows: estimate → procurement → installation → handover → billing
- Identified gaps in project cost control, document handling, and inventory flow
Phase 02ERP Design & Deployment
- Implemented Odoo Enterprise (Egypt Localization) with modules specific to industrial project workflows
- Configured project-level cost accounting (materials, labor, sub-contracting, overhead)
- Integrated ETA tax compliance for e-invoicing, VAT, and withholding tax
- Standardized BOMs for chemical packages and equipment
- Set up document control (drawings, client approvals, QA/QC checklists)

- Conducted UAT on sample projects including GM RO plant, MARS water treatment upgrades, and ABB dosing skid workflows
- Verified costing, invoicing workflows, and BOM‑based procurement flows
- Confirmed accuracy of ETA transactions and accounting mapping
Phase 04Training & Go-Live Support
- Delivered role-specific training for engineers, accountants, procurement, and project managers
- Activated real-time workflows: RFQ → Purchase → Project BOM → Installation → Invoice
- Enabled automatic project documentation linking and client portal delivery
Phase 05Post-Launch Enhancement & Optimization
