Each brand's operations (inventory, sales, expenses, and fleet) are isolated for reporting, cost control, and client SLA management, enabling Misr Express to deliver tailored services to each international partner.

Delays in invoicing, returns, and payment cycles
Limited profitability insight per brand
No unified reporting across entities
How GBH delivered

5 phases from mapping to go-live

GBH implemented Odoo end to end for Misr Express, configured around how the business actually works.

Phase 01Business Process Mapping

  • Structured setup for multi-brand operations and delivery workflows
  • Defined gaps in HR/payroll workflows, brand-level reporting and client documentation.
Phase 02Odoo ERP Implementation
  • Created separate companies per brand inside one Odoo instance
  • Linked procurement, warehouse, fleet, and client service workflows
  • Enabled inter-company transactions and cost center tracking
Phase 03Operational Modules Rollout
  • Automated picking, packing, delivery logs, and driver route assignment
  • Integrated barcode scanning and inventory location control
  • Implemented client-specific pricing and account-based invoicing
Phase 04Visibility & Reporting
  • Brand-specific dashboards for stock levels, order fulfillment, fleet usage
  • Profitability tracking by client, product line, and branch
Phase 05Training & Go-Live
  • Trained logistics, warehouse, finance, and sales coordinators
